Applications are invited in the prescribed format for empanelment of following categories

The eligible and interested  consultants , Contractors, Printers and Suppliers/ Vendors  may collect the “Document for Empanelment 2010” from the above offices by paying non-refundable  amount of Rs 250/- (Rs Two hundred and fifty only) + 4% KVAT by way of DD favoring “SMG Bank” payable at Malappuram. If the application form is downloaded from web, the DD for this amount should be enclosed along with application. The duly filled in application in the prescribed format with all supporting documents sealed in a cover and superscribed “Application for Empanelment of ……….” ( category name) shall be submitted to us by Regd. post / courier service .The last date for receipt of application at our office is 20.02.2010 at 5pm. Bank reserves the right to accept / reject any / all applications without assigning any reasons thereof.
